Yellow Hammer has formed a valuable partnership with Remax and will be our official auction partner. It is a first in South Africa and a process that will revolutionize property sales for sellers, buyers and agents alike.

The Yellow Hammer auction concept is distinct from all other auction companies as we know it. They will work side by side with real estate agents. Private treaty auction is just another option in which sellers could choose to sell their property and a new way of buying property for buyers. A seller will still have to work through an estate agent giving him/her a mandate to sell via private treaty auction.

Private treaty auction is something that sellers would want to use if their property is not selling via the normal channels and needs to sell urgently or for sellers who want to sell before the banks repossesses their homes helping them to get a better price for their property opposed to forced auctions by the banks.

This is just another way in which Remax will make life easier for South Africans in tough times.
