RE/MAX Property Feedback Flash

Now that some banks have softened their lending criteria to new potential homeowners, a lot of people will be able to buy property again. It is a buyers market like never before. House prices are low, interest rates are fairly low and there is lots of housing stock available. The last two months, August and September 2009, shows proof of that. The Remax sales for September 2009 countrywide are similar to those of February 2007. It is looking good!
