I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your support, feedback and comments during 2009. It is your interest and encouragement that led me to continue with this blog, bringing you hands-on property information and market updates and in the process win the Remax Algoa Branding Award for 2009.

It’s been a year since my family and I moved into the house that we love and that you didn’t mind showing us more than once to make up our minds.
